        Patient company,which we as tenants should all have ,and the problem that you have will get resolved, communication is the key and faith,I think this company is striving for Excellence each year, very Elegant building structure and the Guardian Team ,Smart, Prestige and Saturn,so kudos to the owner

        I live in a complex in Tillamook, and Guardian has taken over ownership now. What makes me angry about this is that they made this perfectly wonderful community into a pet-free community. And NO ONE wants to get rid of their pets here. Including me! My pets are my life. If they have to be rehomed then I might as well be rehomed too. And I've been here too long for that right now. I just want to stay somewhere where I can have my animals in peace and enjoy my stay. I really don't want to move again! I now HATE Guardian for this!

        James stark decided to go on my company website and leave a one star review because they had to pay us for a fence job, and there crew back at guarding kept giving us the run around about info they need for us to get paid. So he decides to leave a 1star review , im sure this is why this company only has 2.4 reviews.

        They don't resolve issues, they do not address serious complaints unless majority. Tobacco smoke has become so strong it seeps through into people's places from sides and above they do nothing about that. Almost all of this company's reviews are low because of the same lacking in multiple web pages including their own.

      Hi Julio, we don't see any one-star reviews left for you from our employees. As for the runaround, there were 14 days from invoice date to payment date, including weekends and Christmas. We wish you the best in your future projects.
