As a first time home buyer, it was a great experience to work with Claire and her team. She was extremely helpful, very responsive, and always there for my questions. We had the honor of working with Heather and Brittany on our transaction. Still speechless to the fight they put up to ensure strict deadlines are met, and far fetched dreams come true. When we started we didnt know what was possible, today we are in our new home and dont think we would have done anything of what we were able to accomplish during the holidays w PRG and Heather. We visited Portland to explore listings and had an appointment with Claire to look at properties. When the day came there was no communication, and when we reached out early midday to remind her of our engagement she was rushed and generally not interested in interacting with us beyond showing us two listings close her her office. We didnt feel valued and we felt that our time was wasted.
