Will Mohring is an incredible realtor! He is extremely RESPONSIVE. When you reach out to him, he will get back to you almost immediately. In going through our escrow, not only did he fulfill the required steps in a very timely manner, he also jumped on loose ends right away. He has a GOOD HEAD FOR DETAILS. He never lets the little things slip away. I dont know if he keeps detailed notes, but nothing gets past this guy! He has a very PROFESSIONAL, EFFECTIVE STYLE in dealing with both clients and sellers. He is low key, not pushy but also not a push-over. He might come across as a mild mannered gentleman (which he is!), but he will represent your needs 110%. He NEVER PRESSURES. He will answer any question with as much input as you want, but he doesnt volunteer his opinion. He will, however, point out certain aspects or make suggestions in order for you to learn everything possible about a particular house. Hes a really PLEASANT PERSON. Working with him was an enjoyable experience. We unequivocally recommend Will as a realtor. We couldnt have been more satisfied.
