My husband and I were trying to navigate being first time home buyers and were not having a great experience. We had tried to work with 2 other realtors and both were not helpful at all. A lady at my parents church recommended Jill and everything went spectacular after that. Jill was nothing but helpful, timely, polite and genuinely invested in our wants and needs. From being willing to investigate any properties we sent her (which were a lot), to giving suggestions as to which houses to look at in person vs which houses might not be the best fit for us. She was willing to commute to the properties during times that worked best for my husbands and my work schedules. And once we found our house, she was on it. Constantly in open communication with us on what she knew. Willing to reach out to the other party if any questions came up. She came to our inspection and signing day to help us navigate those. Closing day was awesome and we could genuinely tell she was as excited as we were. She absolutely made this house buying process a fabulous experience and I wouldn't trade it for the world. She went above and beyond any expectations we could have had and we are grateful for that. I also wanted to mention her communication, she made sure at every step of this process she was 100% honest with what we were getting into and made sure that she explained every step before we got to it. She answered questions in our initial call with her that we didn't know we had. The teams that she works with for inspection and lending have the same awesome communication and that just made it better. We highly recommend working with her and her teams and plan on calling her if we ever decide to move.

Jill Bean and The Willes Group are AMAZING to work with! We relocated from California to Washington for a job transfer and with Jill's expertise, guidance and patience, we navigated our home purchase painlessly. We walked through 10 homes over one weekend. She helped us find the right home in the area we wanted and negotiate seller paid improvements that will last several years. Jill is not only an expert in her field, she is so very thoughtful. She gave us a goodie bag for our house hunting weekend and when our house closed surprised us with a welcome basket and big red bow on the front door. You will not meet a more genuine person than Jill Bean. She is professional in her approach to Real Estate and personal in her approach to Customer Service.
