Chris was amazing to work with. He walked us through the complicated process of selling our house and actually made it easy and relatively stress free. He has in depth knowledge of real estate arcana and made it understandable and navigable for we laypeople who just needed to sell our house. Professional, above and beyond in every way! I wish I could give Chris 10 stars! We sold our house from across the country and Chris helped us navigate multiple unexpected situations prior to listing including squirrel damage and a failed pipe. At every step, we felt so cared for. He was efficient, timely, a great communicator, and negotiated us a great offer on our house. My boyfriend Petar had a great experience with Chris years ago when purchasing and later selling a home. That's why when we decided to purchase a home together this year, Petar immediately wanted to use Chris again as a resource. This was my first home buying experience, and Chris was, without a doubt, the type of realtor that I had dreamed of. Chris has a great personality - he's always friendly, personable, and comical, and he also has great worth ethic - he's communicative, punctual, and effective. My boyfriend and I would find houses we were interested in on Redfin, drive by to see if we liked the area, and then would shoot the address over to Chris to see if we could get more information - Chris would always be able to give us details on the history of the house, and additional information that we could use to determine if it was a good option for us. We found this to be really useful. After compiling a list of homes we were interested in seeing, Chris would make a tour game plan so we could check them out. We found what we wanted very quickly; Chris did a great job communicating back and forth between the selling realtor and us. On certain days when we weren't available to be present for an inspection, Chris would be there for us instead so the inspections could get done on time. He was always very, very easy to communicate and schedule with, which was the most important part to me. He has been in the business for years and is extremely knowledgeable about the process and about sharing information so that we could learn. He always made us feel comfortable, and made this process as stress-free as humanly possible. Thank you Chris!!!

We had such a wonderful home buying experience with Chris. We really put him through the wringer as we saw A LOT of homes. Whether we were looking at scary fixers or homes in pristine condition, Chris was there to support and collaborate with us. We ended up purchasing a home that ticked all of our boxes (and we had a lot of boxes) and we credit the success of our offer to Chris. The process was smooth and quick and now we have ourselves a forever home that we love!
