Betsy was our realtor when we bought a condominium and when we sold our house. We highly recommend her. From the start, Betsy showed interest in what we wanted to do, even when we were uncertain about doing anything. She was never pushy or overbearing and was always willing to show us homes; she offered many great suggestions and ideas. Betsy is a go-getter and is tireless. She helped us each step of the way for both purchasing and selling the houses. Through her many connections to services, confidence, extensive knowledge of real estate and tenacity, Betsy smoothly guided us to positive outcomes. For instance, she was able to expedite and resolve a time-sensitive and expensive task needed at the house we were selling. She was able to do this because of her ability to interact with local governmental agencies, the buyer and his realtor, the affected neighbor and necessary service providers. Betsy always kept us informed about the buying/selling status and process and provided clear tasks and goals. She is so personable and knowledgeable. Betsy helped me sell two properties and I can't recommend her enough! She knows the market and was always ready and willing to do anything to help. She helped sell my father's property after he passed and she spend untold amounts of time finding repair people and visiting the property to make sure the work was being done well. Thank you Betsy!
