I dealt mostly with Brad and I have to say he was awesome to work with. I needed to move out of state and because of time restraints, I had to get my U-Haul back in time or they would start charging me huge late fees. I left quite a mess behind. He told me not to worry and got me the help I needed, and they cleared everything out. He even went to bat for me with an unscrupulous company that was trying to scam me. I would definitely recommend Eaton Realty Group. ADDITIONAL CLOSING REVIEW: I am so glad I got the opportunity to work with Brad and his wife Michele. I didn't know what to do after my husband died, but they were there for me and helped me throughout this whole process. I couldn't have done it without them. I really loved the marketing they did for my home. They made it look awesome! The Open Houses, the photos, the videos, everything was done very professionally, I've looked at other sellers, and there is no comparison. They kept good contact with me, informing me every step of the way, walking me through things, answering all my questions. They explained everything to me from beginning to closing. They really went above and beyond what any Realtor is required to do to help me out. They also helped me with getting good and reasonable contractors for work that was necessary. I really, really appreciate all they've done. If anyone were to ask me if I know a good Realtor, I can confidently say yes!

Eaton Realty, Brad & Michele Eaton, have done incredible things for me and many people I know. They have referred so many great professionals to me for services like roofing, CPA, finanical planners, electricians, plumbers and more. They are not only great real estate agents, they helped a family member in a super difficult position sell a tear down home. They got him into something that is healthy and safe quickly while keeping this super conservative financially. You should count yourself lucky if you get to work with Brad & Michele Eaton. I've never met real estate agents that come close to providing what they do for their clients.
