Ill make it simple, Nate Sanford was and is the best of the best at what he does. He is persevering, good-humored, diplomatic and self-sacrificing. Diligent in follow up, responsive to an owner handicapped by distance and mindful of both the seller's and the buyers interests, he does whatever it takes to get a deal to closure. Its been a long haul; he took the listing in 2015 after an ex-tenant of ours recommended him. I never lost faith in his determination to find a qualified buyer, despite a number of disappointments along the way. It was a challenging assignment, as there were no comparables to justify the asking price for a 500 SF studio apartment on nine acres with a drop-dead gorgeous view. I would give him the highest recommendation without the slightest reservation.

We put the house up on a Thur., the Open House drew 38 people on Sunday, we had a bidding war that night and a contract 24 hrs later. The only thing you need to know in either buying or selling is, Donavan Arnold. The web has turned the real estate industry into a new game and if you don't know how to play, you're at a terrible disadvantage. Donavan has not only embraced the technology, he's crafted a system in your favor. His creativity, experience and communication skills were all put to the test with our sale. I know for sure the only reason it all went as smoothly as it did is because we had Donavan working for us. I absolutely cannot recommend him more highly.

I wanted to find a family vacation spot that had good weather and location. I started looking at properties in Vegas and Laurie was the agent in the listing. Laurie was very professional and pleasant to work with. She was detail oriented and helpful throughout the process.
