Mathew managed the sale of my house for a 1031 exchange. This was a new area of real estate for me and he was extremely helpful in making sure I understood and met all the requirements for the exchange. His team did a fantastic job preparing and marketing my house and it sold for considerably more than I expected. In finding a replacement property to buy, Mathew was very responsive to my many requests to tour properties all over town. He was there to listen and helped me think through all the available options. Overall Mathew and the Kama Homes team made this experience so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

As a first time home buyer and native Oregonian (with high expectations but not suitcases of cash) I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Mathew and the entire team at KamaHomes. They made what I imagined was going to be a daunting process easy to navigate. Above all I was very impressed by Mathew, his professionalism, experience and excellent communication were unmatched (other real estate agents commented on how lucky I was to work with him). I trusted him to help me navigate the Portland real estate market and we found the perfect house for me and it was in my budget! He also gives a great pep talk when needed.
