Sidney represented both us (buyers) and the seller (her husband) and was initially very kind. We were grateful for the extra help, which we later learned was unethical - such as telling us what the other bids were before we put ours in and other things in the offer that we later learned benefitted only the seller. When, the appraisal didn't come back strong enough to support the loan, her behavior changed quickly. Ultimately the seller terminated the agreement, but she has yet to submit the documents to release the earnest money (it's been 2 months). She is not responding to calls from the lender, title company or us. She is also lying to contractors who did repair work in the course of correcting deficiencies in the inspection. It's been very disappointing to learn that someone we trusted is so dishonest.

Sidney and Siena were very helpful since day one, making our dream come true! Also, they are very supportive with after sales, service companies and investment advisor. We really enjoy having them as realtors!
