I have worked with multiple agents throughout my 7+ transactions. Kristin and Jason are the VERY BEST Real Estate Agents among them. They are on top of things. I dont have to keep track of my realtor. One thing I feel they are very strong about is communication. Communicating with us and negotiating with the seller. In real estate communication and relationships are very important. Kristin and Jason have the good qualities you need in a real estate agent.

We highly recommend Jason and his company. We chose Jason on a high recommendation from some friends who bought their home using his company, Current Dwelling Group, a few years ago. We are currently east coasters wanting to move closer to our family in Portland. It seemed like an impossible task in our mid-70s with flying back and forth to find a home. The logistics were overwhelming. But we met with Jason on Zoom, filled out a detailed profile and when we found a couple properties we were interested in, he took us through them patiently and in detail on Facetime. Always aware of how we were feeling about the process. And then it came time to put in an offer on a property that was perfect for us. The property had 7 offers but with Jasons experience and secret sauce we won the bidding war. We flew out for the inspection process and he was there for us all the way, offering advice like he was buying the house for himself, extremely supportive and patient. And always asking us how we felt especially when things didnt go well. He truly wanted it to be a good process for us. And it was. We couldnt have done this without him. He made the process smooth and actually do-able. He was always there, communicating every step, answering our calls, our concerns, listening to our stresses. Held our hands every step of the way. So we are incredibly happy with Jason and his support team. Always available for us. And knowledgeable. And professional. And patient! The best part of working with Current Dwelling Group is just how seamless and efficient the team is. While you're their client, you are part of their team and they want you to succeed. You all pull together to create and execute an achievable action plan. It totally worked for us - we hit our most ambitious goals in a challenging market. Veerycamehighly recommended and still exceeded our expectations. Her action plan kept us on track. Anytime I had a question she was incredibly helpful and focused, concise but thorough. Jason is their market analysis and numbers guy. We educated ourselves prior to listing but came to trust Jason's analysis and advice. Kristin and Jess run the backend/operations side of things. We dealt with them the least because when a backend works, things just happen. Also, they're just really nice people and a pleasure to work with.

It was very smooth working with Jason and the rest of the Current Dwelling Group. The entire team was very communicative and thoughtful...for as complicated as home buying can be, it was about as smooth and stress free as you could imagine, and this wasn't my first purchase. The team took time to get to know me and because of that, I didn't need to ask for much since everything was thought of and executed well in advance. My friend who had referred me mentioned it was a great and easy experience, and I was happy to have the same outcome. I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to work with you all!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Jason and Kristin helped us navigate the home-buying experience as first-time buyers, and their expertise helped us land a great home in a difficult market. From answering even the most ignorant of our questions with grace, to providing us with expert analysis and insight on how to make the most of our search and offers, we really felt that they were in our corner and represented us well. I'd recommend them to anyone.
