Ben Heimark was fabulous. We found out the house we had rented for 10 yrs was going to be put on the market. We contacted Ben that night and he agreed to show us a house at 8am the next morning. We toured the house and made an offer that afternoon. Within 48 hours of finding out we needed to move Ben had negotiated us an offer that save us 10K off what we thought we would be spending. We could not believe it. The house is in excellent condition and Ben is so well connected that we got fantastic financing with zero down. We didn't think we were in a good position to buy but Ben was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. we were in the best hands and are now going to be closing on our dream home three weeks after being notified we need to move. It's a miracle. We are so grateful for Ben and his team.
