        Do not work with them if you need a real real estate agent who advocates for you and covers your back. Especially do not work with Jeremy Lucas. He has been disappointing to work with: showing lazy and too easy-going attitude, never following up or supporting our family. We had a bad experience, we suffered from his lack of skills and advocacy. There are a few good agents at Redfin who are good but Jeremy is not one of them.

        TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Redfin fired my agent a few days before I took ownership of the home I bought. I did not have any Redfin representative with me when I met the previous owner to take the keys. The previous owners were not completely moved out at the time of the meeting. The previous owners left a disgusting mess behind that I had to clean up. Thermostat, one garage door will not open due to broken motor and several other small issues that maybe couldve been handled if I had my agent with me. I was very disappointed with Redfin service.
