        I have been seeing Dr. Benson for the better part of 17 years as my Health has deteriorated. Each year has brought on new challenges which Dr. Benson has helped me rationalize in the most non-judgmental way I have ever experienced. He meets the issue head-on with anecdotal data, personal experiences, referencing articles and/or books and most of all - The truth. I have learned "The TRUTH is Friendly" and so is Dr. Jon Benson!!

        Dr John is an AWESOME Psychologist!!! He doesn't treat you like you are Looney and or stupid. He doesn't tell you the choices that you make are right or wrong but he does question why you think the way that you do and why you make the choices that you do. But he does not say that if you're thinking a certain way that you're way off in left field and that he is right and you are wrong. He is just a very good doctor!!!
