PURE Property Management of Oregon

Ive been a tenant for a few years now. Ever since it went from Fox to Pure management Ive had the worst communication. No replies to emails, texts, or calls. Only one person has been somewhat helpful when you do finally get someone on the phone. Their maintenance system is awful. They are late on my lease renewal and after talking to others this seems to be a theme. If you rent from them keep records of everything! I love my apartment and area but extremely frustrated with management or lack there of. They communicate more in the reviews than with the tenant concerns and questions

i've been renting from Fox, now Pure Property mngmt for 6 years. Initially I rented privately with owner, but Chris, Liz & Edmalyn offer genuine customer service. They're accessible & treat tenants as they'd like to be treated. I feel valued with this team & there will be a human to communicate with as opposed to just transactional scenarios. Highly recommend these 3.
