        CTL Management is fine to deal with it is the office people at the apartment site that are hard to deal with. Laundry rooms are now locked supposedly opening at 10am. Called twice to inquire when it was after 10am. I was nice. It is now 12pm and the laundry room is still locked! I can only guess it is because of my earlier calls.

        Friendly staff and made all transactions easy even from long distance. Easy to work with and loved the tour and didn't have an appointment. The unit was empty and available to see before making a final decision and the staff let me look at.

        After moving from Clackamas trial because we were able to buy our house we had to break the contract I went directly to the office and they told me that I had to deal with CTL Management to pay my broken lease I never received a receipt so I had to go back to the Clackamas offices to To say that how could I pay, the manager, disconcertingly, sent me to deal with CTL and then told me that they had not added the 15 to the address and that is why I never received an invoice. Now they sent me to collections and they did not even respond to make a payment arrangement. These people don't care at all about how much it costs to have good credit for a company to decide to ruin it and not even offer assistance to make payments.

Our hours for use are normally 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily and we can assure you that the opening was not further delayed because of your calls. We genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding as we trained newer team members on opening procedures, and we are happy to report that this issue should be resolved moving forward.
