I never truly knew what a slumlord was, until I rented from Rahim! ZERO STARS.
I couldn't recommend it to my enemies. Just a garbage person, who keeps garbage company around at all times. Entirely NOT safe, as he feels it's ok to enter your apt with NO notice over and over, even knowing the law! Refuses to fix anything for years, because he "doesn't like spending his money", and this all while he has random drug rattled houseless suspects hanging around your apt at all hours of the nite, because they "work for him". At some point I had enough with my safety being in jeopardy continuously, and just left, I have retained an attorney to represent me, and look into his constant breaking of Oregon landlord tenant laws!
DO NOT RENT OR PURCHASE SERVICES FROM THIS COMPANY OR THE MAN WHO RUNS IT!
