Atlas Property Management

Id like to start by saying that we didnt originally lease with Atlas, we leased from someone else and then Atlas obtained the property. So I cant give an honest experience from starting with them fresh. If you are looking to rent an apartment off of Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy, in a town house setting dont do it. The owner of the property is a slumlord and the professionalism that Atlas has didnt help any situation. There was mold in the house that wasnt addressed. Other repairs that werent addressed. Their maintenance for the property was unlicensed at the time and over charged for repairs. Atlas will scam you out of your money, your credit score and your sanity. They wont answer phone calls and youll get told different things from different property managers with no one taking responsibility. They ignore emails and any problems that arent fixed with you paying more money. Good luck and happy hunting!

Definitely overpriced and the management is terrible. Would not recommend this place over a homeless shelter.

Well, all was good with the application process except not getting notified of approval. Had to call numerous times and then a representative from the corporate office misled us on the deposit owed and the amount needed before moving in.....can't say I would refer anyone to this management. Got to do better....and here we go again, after choosing a different Apt complex, met with onsite manager and then no word in application transfer. Only to go in and find the same corporate representative behind the desk due to both managers quiting. Now waiting and calling again for answers.

UPDATE 12/30/22 my toilet has been broken for over two months. To the point that theres gallons of water on the floor around the toilet thats cause floor and wall damage. They scheduled an appointment to fix it today between 12-3 and its 4 oclock and they never showed. They are beyond unprofessional. And this is after they wanted to try and come stop by without a scheduled visit like 3 weeks ago. Talk about not proficient.. not everyone works from home. On top of that my windows have BLACK MOLD.. for monthsssss and they refuse to fix anything. DONT MOVE IN WITH THIS COMPANY. They dont care about their tenants by the slightest. I live at the Savona and literally 5 people have moved out THIS WEEK. Theres only one window in the units, a bug problem through the outlets, mold, and not to mention my AC has been broken for 4 months and I have made MULTIPLE complaints, Ive left voicemails, emails and during the hottest time of the year they havent even made an effort to try to fix it or even respond to my voicemails or emails. Save your money. Literally my livelihood and the health of mine and my animals are at risk. All that Ive mentioned numerous amount of times but like I and many others have mentioned.. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS. Not to mention the unbelievably high turn over rate they have for their property managers even though they dont manage property by any means. Seems like know one wants to work or live with this company. Save yourself. Find another company to live with.. Anyone who has given this company a 5 star review either lived in a tent before hand or works for this company.
