By far the worst management company in existence. I am a tenant of one of their residential properties and they've willingly allowed an active water leak to continue for 3 months. I've contacted them directly multiple times complaining about our landlord and portfolio manager and I've been completely ignored. Never do business with these people. This company is just plain evil to its core. Response Update: My original review was from 5 days ago. The assistant manager has contacted me plenty of times since then, so you've done a great job there. Before that, it had been two months since I was last contacted by the portfolio manager. I have emailed them multiple times over the prior few months and called you 4 times the day I posted that review and never received a response from anyone other than the assistant manager. I have email and phone record proof of this. In addition, I'm the one who has been mostly reaching out to the landlord, not the other way around. For example, back when this all started we went three weeks without an update after the roof was supposedly found to have no errors. Since the restoration told us we could move our furniture back, we did. Due to this combination of factors, more of our stuff was water damaged. Sentimental stuff that we can't get an insurance claim for. It is simply not true to state that either of you have been reaching out to me regularly. The only person that has even remotely given me the time of day is Anna, the assistant manager. She was an absolute saint to me and was extremely nice and understanding of the situation. She's doing the job of both the landlord and the portfolio manager. She's the one writing the maintenance requests and going above and beyond to talk with the repair people to give us a time estimate. And again, I have phone record and email proof of this. Meanwhile the landlord berated me for simply calling to see if the repair guy would be showing up. He wasn't going to show up by the way, hence the need for me calling. I understand you're upset with my reviews and disapproval, what you're saying is just simply not true.

Took them 4 years but they finally successfully evicted me because I couldnt afford their legal fees for the 3rd time they tried to evict me. Did you know theyre the #1 prop management in Oregon for evictions? Well congrats. You put a disabled woman in the streets. Well, my car at least. Not sure why you needed a dozen officers with weapons drawn to lock me out. But you did it. After 4 years, Im out. Good job.

I was merely trying to check previous tenant references for applicants who applied to one of my properties. I contacted them 3 times. All times someone answered and informed me of a different person who could help handle my inquiry. I then left voicemails and emails and follow-ups and never received a single response over 3-4weeks. To this day I haven't heard a thing. From a landlord/property management perspective, they seem to be a horrible company. Maybe the tenant side is a different story.
