Bottom line: price gougers. I paid $1029 (pure labor) for a repair, which took a single plumber less than 2.5 hours. Yes, feeling as I had no other timely options, I approved the estimate as other plumbers were two weeks out. I needed my family of five to get our laundry room back on line. But I still cannot get over the feeling of being gouged. I have twice written to give the company the chance to reconcile, but to no response. Therefore, my grievance is public. This company was subcontracted by Iecon.us to repipe our building in a million plus dollar project. I can't speak for the quality of work in every unit, but in mine they have now installed 2 "defective" toilets, (costing me $1865.46), that have refused to flush after a few days of work, and a kitchen sink that was not sealed. It was literally just plopped in the sink hole and left. The guy that finally sealed me sink told me that there are issues all over the building. The amount of time and inconvenience this has caused me cannot be fully measured. If D and F cannot even to a competent job on a million dollar plus project, what kind of job will they do on a thousand dollar project? Services: Toilet installation, Toilet repair

Could not have asked for better service. Ben Carter was prompt, very professional and had a great personality. He removed an old faucet fixture on an old claw bathtub. I had made a mess trying to remove it myself. One look and he said no problem and he meant it. I highly recommend D&F Plumbing. I would definitely use their services again. Service: Faucet repair
