SRS is one of the absolute best, highest performing contractors Ive ever used in 40yrs of homeownership. Their experience, professionalism, expertise, work habits, attention to detail and corporate culture deliver absolute top quality results. Summary: SRS did a superb job on my complex sewer relining that required installing CIPP in three laterals all at once. Absolutely every detail of the job came out perfect and there is not one aspect of the job that could have come out better including the customer relations and support. The details: I solicited four contractors to bid on my complex sewer relining of two adjacent homes with private laterals that meet at the sidewalk and then join as a common lateral and go under the street to the main sewer under that sidewalk, for a total of 140 ft of 70yr old, 4 Transite sewer line with roots in both lines, exposed joints and other problems. They did the entire job with one 13ft deep excavation at the sidewalk and no disturbance of our finished basements. One day to excavate, one day to do all three relinings and one day to reconnect the lines and close it all up. The team clearly enjoy working together and the fact that they are doing this process and just this process was apparent in how they worked together and executed the relining process Cole and Camryn on excavation, Taylor, Jose, William on relining and Cole and Jacob on reconnect, backfill and landscape. SRS uses vinyl-ester epoxy resin which is superior to the styrene resin most others are using and far, far safer for the workers and anyone else who could be exposed to very harmful styrene outgassing. The owners David and Becca - are a married couple and one or both visited the job site every day and were also directly involved in some of the work and equipment logistics. It was very clear they are both highly invested in the companys success and customer satisfaction, which certainly factors in their confidence to offer such an outstanding warranty on the work. The Washington County (Oregon) plumbing inspector had only the highest praise for the quality of the work and approved both laterals with no conditions. Kamryn was also the one to provide the work estimates and was the only one of four contractors to actually have a sample of the CIPP (Cured In Place Pipe) that he could show me. The teams attention to details was also notable. Before back filling the hole, they did a video inspection of the ABS connections to make sure they were precisely aligned and did make small adjustments in the final alignment so everything would be best-in-class. They executed a flawlessly smooth transition from the lining to the iron pipe at both homes and also placed the lining all the way to the main with no gap or exposure of the original pipe. Even the inspector was impressed by that. Im a retired mechanical engineer and did my homework on the technology, the process and the materials and watched the entire effort all three days. I had multiple interactions with Cindi and Elle on financing, documentation, scheduling and more and they provide excellent and very prompt customer support. Wow! What an amazing team they have! Everyone I interacted with via email, text, or phone was professional, courteous, and concise. In particular, Kamryn was outstanding! He oversaw the entire process of helping us solve a complicated repair of a party sewer line (shared with neighbor) that ran about 100' out to the public sewer main below our home on vacant land owned by the city. Kamryn did a great job of explaining our options and being the go between with our neighbor's since we live in another state. He went above and beyond to explain all of the price breakdown and the process. We opted to go with their recommended CIPP process which allows them to repair the existing pipes by inserting a liner/sleeve into the pipes to seal any joint separations or cracks in the pipes and making them better than new! I can't recommend them highly enough for any sewer work you need done!

We converted from septic to city sewer and Seweral Renewal Specialists took care of it all! There were bumps along the way because we are subject to the jurisdictions of multiple cities/counties and they were able to take care of all the permitting from start to finish and were great communicators throughout the whole process. Everyone I met was awesome and kind - definitely recommend them for this kind of work!

I had 3 companies bid relining of my sewer drain pipe. Some companies charged for scoping and estimating the work. Sewer renewal specialists did not charge to scope the pipe even without any specific issues. Sewer Renewal Specialists was the only one that quoted the full length of the pipe to the sewer main under the street. The other 2 companies assured me (incorrectly) that my responsibility ended at the curb. Although the work didn't need to be done right away it was a relief to take care of the issues before it became an emergency. They under-promised and over delivered. I was told the work would take about 8 hours. It was done in just over 5 hours. William and Taylor were friendly, informative, and communicated progress regularly during the work.
