        Made me wait 20 minutes for my takeout order and then handed me a cold pizza that had been sitting out since we'll before I arrived. The place was not busy. They could have made a whole new pizza in that time, but no, just give him the burnt cold pie that we forgot about in the back.

      Hey James, after looking into your order, it looks as if you placed your order online through our website as pick up for default time of 30 minutes (our typical wait time for take out pizzas if not ordered in store). After speaking to our manager on duty your order was finished at the time your order was due to be completed and boxed once you arrived. Take out does get cold if not enjoyed in a timely manner so if you are wanting the freshest pizza available, I recommend dining in! We would really like to clear up that we served you the pizza that we made for your order, we do not box up old pizzas. Give us a call if you have any other details you’d like cleared up!
