owner needs to wake up and hire some crew because 45 minutes for a sub sandwich is nowhere close to acceptable. after 30 minutes of waiting and watching the overworked crew fulfill doordash orders someone came up to me and asked if i had ordered yet. im speaking critically out of love. fix it

Finally tried it. It's decent if you understand Chicago thin crust culture. Crust was soft unfortunately. Not sure if that was due to long delivery however. Sauce flavor was the weakest part. Sausage actually has fennel in it! Love that. Might try again and request well done. Jerry's, when operational, had a thin cracker-like crust. Best I've had outside of Chicago and rivals many Chicago pies.
