The store had just opened I had entered they informed me that they had too many orders and they weren't taking any customer walking orders and that they would be open in 20 minutes even though the doors were already open. Horrible customer service I will never come back here again

This is my local pizza place, and theyre awesome. The best employees that are friendly and efficient. The food is awesome, great service.

This place is fine except they use Door Dash to deliver. The Door Dash drivers are horrible. Every time Ive ordered and the Door Dash idiots deliver it, Im missing something.
I NEVER had a single issue with the Papa Johns delivery folks. If it was only them Id give 5 stars.
Door Dash is just a bunch of morons, most of whom dont seem to speak English and they give zero Fs if your order is wrong because its impossible to adjust the tip if you did it in your card.
Id give zero stars if I could since Door Dash has consistently ruined the experience.
