I walked away from my experience with Frame Central (Pearl District) feeling concerned about how much I was charged: $22.00 to print out an approximate 8 x 12" image, $38.00 for the mat, and then, without any discussion whatsoever (to my complete surprise) $28.00 for foam backing. There are other places that do excellent, professional, work for much less. Otherwise the staff was helpful

My painting was framed beautifully and in the timeframe promised. It was my first time in this store, and it won't be my last!

We bought a large mirror and had it framed....it's beautiful. They advised us on how to hang the mirror and everything worked perfectly. Service was great! and timely.

Zero stars if that were an option.arrived with a piece of Aboriginal art to get an estimate for framing. Employee was helping another customer so I got in line and waited. She never acknowledged me in any capacity. After nearly five minutes and having received zero eye contact or verbal communication, we left. I dont know if we were getting the black treatment or if we didnt look like we could pay cause were all in sweats..but it was not a nice experience.
