Portland Picture Frame

I came here to say the same thing as the other folks who lost art and/or money. The owner closed up shop without notice. We dropped off two posters to be framed and had a Groupon. Im assuming the posters are gone and it took multiple days, emails and phone calls to get the Groupon refunded. Im just glad we didnt bring anything more substantial to get framed. I feel bad for the people that lost original art, family heirlooms or expensive memorabilia.

I love this place. They did all of the framing for my bridal shop, and the framing is just as beautiful as the art. The owner is an artist, and she brings an eye to the work that youre just not going to get at any chain or big operation.

I dropped four items off for framing on March 21, 2023. Terre said it'd be four weeks. I spoke with her on April 28 to check in and she said she'd have to call me back, as she was with a customer. I never heard back. Since then, as many others have noted, the store has been closed. I've tried to make contact in multiple ways and have never received a reply. I would like my items back, but it seems I won't be getting them from Terre. I stopped by today and it appears that Terre has been evicted and that the property owner has taken control of the building. The landlord threw out everybodys art and prevented Terre from re-entering I was able to salvage these pieces if you want to claim the art/heirloom pictured please contact me at bbradley042792 at gmail
