        Made an appointment for physical therapy. Spoke with two different scheduler's there and they said they took my worker's comp insurance. Fast forward to my appointment. Arrived was told they take my worker's comp insurance but not from my employer. Poor communication and a waste of time. Apparently called my cell phone right before my appointment but said they didn't leave a message. Don't recommend.
