        Each time Ive seen my Orthopedic Ive waited at least an hour in the exam room. I arrive early for my appointment, but no one tells me the doctor is running behind. I checked in with the staff after an hour passed my appointment time and was then given the option for a phone call or to reschedule. The wasted time feels disrespectful, and clients need to know ahead of time about delays.

        Drove 6 hours round trip for my appointment at great personal expense. Only, to arrive and be informed that the Doctor went home ill. Hey, it happens. But, no call or anything. I found out when I arrived. Lost wages, time, and money for nothing. Extremely disappointed in my first impression of this organization.

        Dr. Chesnut was very professional and explained my MRI so that I could clearly understand what was going on with my injury. He provided a solution and recommended physical therapy to address other issues while also being sensitive to my main concern. Would highly recommend and excited to get back mobility and be on my way to recovery.
