I don’t recommend dr BLEDSOE'S I don’t feel like she really hears You and rushes everything I won’t be going to her anymore.

Every employee (from the greeter at the entrance to doctors) with whom I've interacted has been warm, informed, and helpful. One exception, come to think of it. Last year, my regular physical therapist was not working (because of COVID, and the woman who "treated" made my severe pain, from my herniated disc that had enflamed the nerve, unbearable. Set me back for a week. Nightmarish. But I continue to go to the Portland Clinic. But would not go for physical therapy, should the need arise, if he--my regular PT-- was no longer working there.

I have really liked using the Portland clinic over the past few years. They have been quick to set up labs and schedule appointments internally. Prescriptions and refill requests have gone through quickly and the staff was friendly. They offer a wide variety of services so they can do a lot of referrals in house which makes the process simple.

I have been going to this lab for years and today I had a really bad experience with a lady wearing a black sweater and hijab. I didn't get her name so I'm using her description. She was not friendly, rushed me to get done and when I told her I didn't need her to tell me what she was doing since I get really nervous she made no comment; just stared at me. I have very good veins and usually never bruise but today was an exception. She put the tourniquet on really tight. She was not careful switching out the vials, and moved the needle around with each one. I have a huge bruise and my arm is black and blue and has been really sore. I was really surprised since I usually have such great care here.
