Fairley's Pharmacy Inc

Supposedly a pharmacy that is listed within the VA Network. Had to go back and explaine that they are listed in the network and they still couldn't figure it out, so again I left without the medication I needed for a severe sinus infection. So frustrating dealing with this pharmacy. Horrible customer service!

Consistently kind, understanding, unhurried staff. I appreciate having a community pharmacy like this in the neighborhood.

Used to really like this small neighborhood pharmacy and wish I could continue to support them, but for the second time in the past month Ive gotten a call from them that they just refuse to fill my prescription because they cant seem to find a way to even order that medication. Three separate medications as well, and nothing even remotely uncommon. As a pharmacy whose literal entire job it is to acquire and distribute medications, this is really just unacceptable. Since its too inconvenient for them to fill my meds, Ill have to take my business elsewhere from now on and thats really disappointing.
