        I have never had a single positive experience here. The staff are clearly trying their best, but the level of disorganization is unlike anything I've experienced at any other pharmacy in my life.

        Had a vaccine appoint that had to be booked out a few weeks. Showed up on time to find the pharmacy shuttered. Employee said they were short staffed so closed the inside that morning for the rest of the day. No notice, didnt call or send an email. Employee said theyd let the pharmacist know. No other remedy was provided. Super unprofessional. Had to book further out with another pharmacy.

        Constantly closed because of no staff, which leads to prescription delays of up to a week

        Expect to wait on hold for at least 30 minutes if you call, or wait in line for same amount. They probably should hire more staff, but that would be bad for shareholders, and we all know shareholders come before patients.
