This pharmacy is excellent! The staff is friendly and efficient. I appreciate that the pharmacist will double check my prescriptions to be certain there would not be an interaction with other medications I am taking. I have been in the process of preparing for an extended trip, requiring me to get a vacation override for all of my medications. The staff was understanding and extremely helpful and I received all of my medications in just two days.

Always a enjoyable experience at this store. Pharmacy is always polite and fast in servicing me. Grocery employees will help if I request it. Butcher Dept. always will answer my questions. #1 store for me over Fred Meyers anyday

The worst pharmacy in Downtown Portland award goes to The Jefferson Safeway Pharmacy! The pharmacists are all VERY rude when you call even when you try to be nice, and when you go in to pick up your medication theyre incredibly condescending and rude and make you wait up to 45 minutes EVEN AFTER they send you the text saying your pills are ready. If I didnt have any other pharmacy close to me Id never go here again. Booooo.

Most horrid pharmacy in the region, this location is a sheer embodiment of pharmacy nightmare. The excessively long wait, the shoddy service, the sour attitude of the staff you name it.

have been trying to get a prescription filled for the last three days, and they just turned their phone off. was calling with no answer, and it just changed to saying "the pharmacist will be back in 56 minutes", otherwise known as when they close. going out of their way to not help people.
