        "Yeah, we don't take cases like that & I don't know who yo refer you to either" I just had my whole knee replaced & was denied access to a store during black friday & was inquiring if I had any options... Not very polite or knowledgeable *update* I originally left a 1 star review, however I was called back within an hr & was given the much needed information I was looking for...
