        Deplorable business practice... Scheduled a cleaning appointment months ahead due to COVID. Was told to come back in 6 months later for actual cleaning. Wanted to bill my insurance up front, but perform services later.

        This location is extremely busy. Deb works at the front desk and she's a very sweet lady- Joan does most of the cleanings and she is nice as well--

        They never answer the phone. Dont believe me? Call them, see for yourself. When they do, they normally have availably as soon as 2-3 MONTHS. When the day comes, they call saying the dentist is out of the office and I have to reschedule. This has happened twice.. Ive given up.
