Spirit Halloween

These guys knock it out of the park every year, they are expected by corporate to put together a store out of a skeleton crew for a month. Not an easy task! They do their best and they will sell you the costumes and decorations you need for an epic and unforgettable Halloween experience!

Do not go there we spend like 80 dollars in this store. Just to have a security guard as me for my recipe (my son wanted to hold his toy swords out of the bag and hold on to them) apparently security told me everything has to be in bags when leaving the store. He claimed that's policy. If that's policy then why did the cashier handed him the swords when my 5 year old ask him to leave them out so he can hold them?? Also employees are cussing on the sales floor as there are children present. When I said please watch your language they ask who said that. Like really?? Who acts like that. I will never EVER by anything from spirit halloween again.

Refused to return or exchange defective merchandise. Manager was very rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend this store.
