SPECTACLE - Modern Vision Care + Optical

Going to Spectacle is always a lovely experience. Dr. Jones gives the most thorough eye exam Ive ever had, and the technicians and staff are superb. They also have a fantastic selection of frames. I cant think of one thing they could improve upon. 10/10

A+ customer service! Wow! I walked in off the street with an issue with a pair of glasses I got from somewhere else and the team here were so welcoming and wanting to help with a really complicated issue I was just blown away! Jax, Andrew and Semear actually worked out a solution and were so kind and helpful doing so; its clear that theyre not only really knowledgeable but they love helping people. Ill be get getting all my glasses and contacts here going forward.

Its always a great experience at Spectacle. Shout out to Dr. Schmitt for his expertise, listening, and friendly approach. Now when it comes to selecting frames, Ive always been happy with the style options at Spectacle. This time, it was so much fun working with Jaz to find my new sunglasses and update my old frames with a tinted lens. Jaz was patient and tested my comfort zone on fashion trends. I also felt that she listened to what I wanted. And the result was awesome!

Semear is exceptional! While overall I had a positive experience, Semear raised the bar. After my exam Semear helped me with identifying an ideal pair of frames. He pulled options I would not have selected on my own. I ended up purchasing one of his recommendations. Throughout the process he was very patient, personable and did an excellent job of breaking down options and costs so I could determine how I wanted to move forward.
