The staff here is really nice and attentive. Dr. Lyons knows her stuff and had a great bedside manner while removing a cyst on my eyelid. It could have been a disaster but it went really well. I also had a thorough eye exam, and I can't say enough about the techs and support staff here.

The staff and Dr. Lyons were caring, professional and efficient. I went to Dr Lyons for a "second opinion" and after my exam she felt I was not ready for cataract surgery but concluded my vision was 20/20 with new/corrective lenses. Am now wearing new lenses and feeling relieved I dodged surgery at this time.

A simple followup appointment has taken over an hour and counting Edit: total took about hour and a half for a 30 minute visit Response Edit: It should be telling that you took 5 months to reply, and not only was there no appointment info to reference for that boiler plate statement and "misunderstanding", but optimal care does not involve leaving your patient in the room twiddling their thumbs while you juggle more than you can handle. My statement stands that it was a follow-up because my mother's cataract surgery was the week before, and that visit was just a negligent check-up.
