Guys are not proffesional at this location, I've change oil at the same location last time, they screwed my bolt and I didn't know that, I came at the same location, now they telling me they can't do oil change cause that bolt is damaged by somebody else, I told them they changed last time, she argue with me, after she called supervisor i asked, supervisor set work on it and change oil, they start, at the same time i asked to do air filter change, they start, spend 20-25 min and by the end they told me they can not change air filter cause they don't have tools for it, I told them forget it, even do oil change cause I do not trust them, so unprofessional, I will never gonna go to jiffy lube

Do not go to 181st Jiffy Lube! I went to Jiffy Lube on Friday, 3/22/24, because my car was making a squealing sound, and I wanted to find out what it was. After I pulled in, Ryan came out and looked at my car. He said that my tires were separating, my brakes were almost metal on metal, and I needed work done ASAP. He came back with a quote of over $1400 for all the work and tires. I was in shock and told him that I would wait on the tires and do the rest. He stated that they needed to order parts and to come back on Sunday for the work. I was in shock, so when he asked me for my card to run the charges before the work was completed, I gave him my card and he ran it. I went home and talked to a friend and he agreed to work on my car instead of Jiffy Lube. I went back on Saturday, 3/23/24, and asked for my money back from Jiffy Lube, as the work hadn't been done and I have a right to get my work done elsewhere. Ryan told me first that they could not return all of my money. After discussion, he agreed to refund my money, but told me that they don't reconcile until the end of the month and I would have to wait until after the end of the month for them to send me a check. It is now 4/8/24 and I have not received my $635.36 back yet. Also, I do not need new tires, they are not separating like Ryan told me. I was lied to, and $635 was stolen from me for work that was not performed. I would like a refund and for this company not to scam people like me again.
