Jiffy Lube Oil Change and Multicare

Took my 2018 Honda Civic in to get an oil change. Later in the day, I discovered that "rock guard" was dragging on the ground. Jiffy Lube didn't properly bolt it back into place after doing my oil change. Apparently this is a pretty common thing. I went back and they fixed it and gave me back my money on the oil change. That was nice of them, but they shouldn't have done this to begin with. I will not go back to any Jiffy Lube for future oil changes.

Dont take the word of a fake tree. I dont know who twisted their branches in a knot this jiffy lube is amazing. They go the extra mile to make sure youre safe on the road and are friendly while doing it. Im not sure what is in your car that makes you uncomfortable letting a tech get in and drive all of 10 feet, but its their job they are professional while doing it. Maybe try spreading your leaves, climb out of that car and have a conversation with someone new. You never know you might just meet another Willow tree, or make a bud-dy. :)
