Gracelen Terrace

My stepfather was placed in the facility for 10 months he was not taken care of, and when he was released, he was released with pneumonia, and RSV and almost died. No one around when I picked him up and just threw a bunch of pills in a bag, most unprofessional Uncaring place ever. I have reported them for elder abuse. Do not let your loved ones go to the facility. It is known for being the worst ever. When I say he was released, we took him out of there and thank God we did because he wouldnt have lived another three days. This place is disgusting and terrible help. I cant believe the way they treat elderly people, especially a VA vet. They should be shut down.

I've have lived behind this center more then 7 plus years this last year has been a nightmare! you can hear Residents yelling for help on multiple occasions more the 30 mins plus for someone to attend to them while outside in these high temperatures. With Staff that could care less about their close neighbors with their loud rap music at 6:00 AM. everyday Monday - Friday! PLEASE do not put your family members here. find somewhere else for them to be cared for.

DO NOT GO HERE. they had my father crammed into a room with 4 people. They were like sardines. The Staff is super rude and thinks that because someone has neuropathy that they will be able to walk around. they caused my father to have bed sores and then blamed him for the injury. the food is terrible, and they don't give enough portions to feed everyone. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO.
