I recently obtained my dual citizenship with Ireland and filed for my first Irish passport. As part of that process, I went to the UPS store to get my identity verification documents witnessed by a notary public. Welp, unfortunately for me, the notary never picked up the phone when the Irish consulate called to confirm and my application was rejected. I learned a valuable lesson about relying on notary services through places like the UPS store. I gave Bobby a ring when I needed a witness for my second application. He was at my front door within 10 minutes. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. And sure enough, when the Irish consulate gave him a ring to confirm that he had witnessed me sign the application, he picked up the phone, did his part, and promptly called me to let me know he had been contacted. Thank you, Bobby! You're a lifesaver.
