Kelley Ayotte did a fantastic job in assisting us with our loan. We live in Florida and purchased a home in Oregon and started our loan preapproval process before travelling to Portland Oregon to look at homes. Kelley walked us through the entire process and gave us assistance every step of the way! She also did an in-person meeting to help set us at ease. She is a great communicator, secured us a great rate on our loan and we felt that we could trust her. I highly recommend Kelley.

My wife and I decided to buy a house using VA we sent all paper work in and was given a call by Seth Vian telling us we were preapproved for $425,000 and he ask if i wanted a preapproval letter i said yes to him and i also said but the house is for $475,000 he said if you want the full amount we can do that i said no we can offer $425,000 and see where it goes from there and said thank you and he said if i had any questions to give him a call and we hung up. Right away i called the realtor that we're working with and explained the out come and that we we're being sent a preapproval letter for $425,000 and that we should follow up with the seller. the realtor and i said things look hopeful and hung up Two days later Seth Vian call's me during the morning 7am Pacific time regarding my wife pay stub's which was difficult to understand my wife wanted to explain who is a Care Giver through the state of Oregon and has been longer than 2006 and another caregiver position she also holds with a company she's been with a year or two also with my disability from VA and her income come to a little over $5000 or more qualify's us debt to income for the house we want to buy. In speaking with Seith Vian in the morning two days later he sounded angry and said something was wrong with the pay stub's being added with my disability he said something was wrong and i said i really didn't understand what what was wrong and that both of our income equals out to over $5000 and i still didn't understand and said i would call him back to where he could speak with my wife about her pay stub's. I don't know what was wrong or what i had done just know he was angry and we hung up.
