We had been through the process a few times and Guaranteed Rate was very easy to work with. The mortgage process can be intimidating and stressful if you dont have your sht together. April, Julee and Co were great at fast communication and very transparent about the process.

Terrible customer service and support. Provided all necessary information only to be given different answers. The company will just give you the run around chasing paperwork only to give you different answers on the loan approval process.
