Leilei zhen is so awesome! Its a record breaking transaction! Less than two weeks closing with a holiday in between. One important key point is, my case is very urgent and the seller is requesting for a quick turnaround time for closing, the day when she took my case , I called her in the evening, she worked immediately to make sure she could set up everything on time ( she stayed up till 2:30am to work on my information that night while she was still on her vacation). Moreover, she was so fast and responsive in answering and explaining all the details throughout the entire process, which made everything so easy for us . She rocks! We really appreciate for her help! And will come back to her for our next home purchase!
