My husband and I cannot recommend Chris Schwab with Associated Mortgage Brokers enough as a mortgage broker. We originally reached out to several different lenders and Chris was able to find us the best mortgage rates and closing cost prices. In addition to that, he was extremely responsive, reliable, and informative about any and all questions that we had. It has now been 5 months since we bought our house and Chris still stays in touch to fill us in on potential refinancing options, mortgage rates, etc. If you are looking for someone that has a lot of experience and will go the extra mile to ensure that you get the best mortgage rate, Chris is your guy.

Alice from Associated Mortgage Brokers made a miracle for us! I won't share the details about our situation, but this is how we feel about it. This was our first experience of getting a mortgage and buying a house. We knew nothing about this process. Alice was ready to explain us everything we needed, and she explained things so well! With her help everything became clear. What we loved a lot was her prompt responses to any challenging questions or concerns that would arise and, more important, prompt actions on every step we had been going through during the process.
