I work with a lot of lenders and the main frustration is communication. With Nick, this was not an issue! Being on the seller side, sometimes I don't get the updates or call backs, text replies. Nick was great to work with and went above and beyond to keep me in the loop and close the transaction. I recommend him to anyone looking for a home loan and to other realtors.
