We previously Pat for a refinancing our condo. One year later, we returned to use him again to buy a new home and without any rental experience we were able to covert our condo into an investment property. He saved us almost $400/month by using seller concessions for a temporary rate buydown on our new mortgage. He works in the best interest of his clients and wants them to save them as much as possible despite interest rates.
