I don't give reviews. It's not that I'm against them, I've just never been moved by a service enough to spill my guts (good or bad) about the experience. I am no longer able to make this claim. Mike and his team at Guild Mortgage set the standard for others to follow. There are so many standards, so which one am I referring? ALL OF THEM! Mike and his team helped us secure our home and that entire experience was the best purchasing experience I've had bar none. Further, over a year later I asked for advice on a completely separate purchase that wasn't even in their business model. Mike picked up the phone with me 10 minutes after I emailed the question and not only gave me advice on how to move forward but gave me a lead on a securing the type of loan I needed. What an awesome team over there! I would highly recommend Guild Mortgage to anyone looking to purchase a home!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Mike Maier and his team. My partner and I were basically laughed out of our first attempt at a mortgage loan at a local credit union, but Guild's ability to act as a neutral third party and compare rates across all banks got us a fantastic loan. The loan that Mike was able to find for us literally and single-handedly made our dreams of owning our first home possible! Mike was friendly, patient, calm and incredibly accessible - he took the time to make sure we understood everything we were doing, was able to convey complex information quickly and clearly, and would quickly give a financial snapshot of any house we were considering. He connected us with a real estate agent that matched our needs and personality perfectly, and his team jumped through hoops to make sure we closed on time (before our rental agreement ran out) when we ran into some legal snafus in the last stages of purchasing our home.Many thanks to Mike, Christine, Olivia and the rest of the Guild Mortgage team for their all their hard work to make the purchase of our first home possible. They really care about their clients, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I cannot say enough positive things about Mike at Guild Mortgage. He was extremely helpful, responsive, kind, and genuine. Mike kept us in the loop throughout the process, was available to help us with anything we needed and always responded quickly when we reached out with questions. He worked so hard for us to deliver an outcome that was spectacular! We had confidence in Mike from the beginning as he came highly recommended and they were right-Mike was AWESOME! We got a great deal with buying our first home and will definitely be using Mike exclusively for future transactions, as well as raving about him to anyone who mentions they will be buying a home! We feel confident that Mike will be the best mortgage broker that you will ever work with-give him a call!
