        The food is ok but the service no this fast food restaurants need to hire people that have better customer service that are more nicer most of this people you say thank you and theyll just turn away from you

        Food was hot only thing they got right. Then tried to charge again after called out about it. Hispanic ladies behind counter made fun in Spanish (assuming incorrectly I don't speak it) and then lied outright to cover the fact that they didn't take our order correctly. This was the last time. We and the moda center are officially done with Jack in the box On 9th and Powell. Worst experience ever
