Wow. Working with Erin, Russell, Carley = dream team. I honestly haven't had a customer service experience like this before. Buying property, whilst a privilege and a joy, can be stressful, and the team handled it from searching for the right one through to getting the last electrical outlet working before renting it. The team handled all of our questions and challenges with grace and care, and made sure that every detail was taken care of. The bar has been set exceedingly high in terms of real estate now. From Erin's easeful but assertive nature to Russel's warm attention to detail and Carley's cheerful conscientiousness: I'm so grateful for all of their help. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

We feel so lucky to have found Erin. I can't imagine anyone knowing the Portland area any better. She helped us navigate the entire property search and purchase and we couldn't be happier.
